LUTRON - Lighting Automation system
The History of Dimming Begins with Lutron In 1961, Lutron introduced the world''s first solid state dimmer. From that point forward, Lutron innovations transformed the world of lighting controls. Today, with more than 75 utility and 40 design patents and over 10,000 products shipped to 80 countries worldwide, Lutron continues to lead the way in dimming innovation and quality. Products range from simple wall controls that dim room lights (like the rotary control you probably have on your dining room wall) to complex systems that can control an entire home or building.

Occupancy sensorLutron has a full line of occupancy sensors to meet all your application needs. The Lutron occupancy sensors automatically turn lights on when a room is occupied and off when a room is vacant, providing: - Increased convenience
- Substantial energy savings
- Compliance with building energy codes
Benefits of Using Occupancy Sensors
1.Reduced energy costs: Lutron occupancy sensors reduce energy consumption in building spaces by automatically shutting off the lights during periods of non-use. Using Lutron occupancy sensors can eliminate 20% – 30% of lighting energy costs. 2.Convenience: You never have to worry about turning on or off the lights. Lutron occupancy sensors automatically turn them on and off when you enter or exit a restroom, a classroom, a conference room, a hallway, or your office. 3.LEED is a voluntary rating system sanctioned by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) that provides a national guideline for what constitutes a "green" building. Efficient lighting controls may contribute to obtaining up to 22 points in 5 of 6 LEED credit categories. A minimum of 26 points is required for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification. Lutron occupancy sensors help you meet the requirements for these certification points. 4.Energy codes play a key role in helping us reduce our energy consumption. They set the mandatory performance requirements for building construction. Most commercial energy codes have mandatory requirements that can be cost-effectively and conveniently met with the use of Lutron occupancy sensors. The sensors are availabale in Passive infrared, Ultrasonic and Dual(Passive infrared & ultrasonic) technologies and can mounted on wall or ceiling. | | Send Enquiry

HomeWorks - whole home lighting control systemHomeWorks, the world’s leading residential lighting control and integration system, provides simple, convenient control of all home lighting, as well as the ability to control motorised shades and curtains, and many other systems in a home. HomeWorks provides many benefits.
1.Increased Security: HomeWorks seamlessly integrates with home security systems. In the event of an alarm, interior lights turn on, illuminating a safe exit, while exterior lights flash, thereby drawing immediate attention. HomeWorks provides security by allowing clients to turn all lights on instantly from a single button press. HomeWorks makes a home safer by automatically turning on landscape and security lighting each night. A built-in astronomical timeclock intelligently adjusts for changing sunrise and sunset times throughout the year. Every day, a HomeWorks system automatically records the home’s lighting usage patterns. These patterns can be replayed when the home is unoccupied. This unique feature allows for a realistic simulation of activity that standard timers cannot provide.
2.Design and Control Flexibility: HomeWorks systems are very flexible. Solutions exist for residences of any size. After the installation, keypads may be easily reconfigured to accommodate new control requirements.
3.Added Convenience: Control any light in a home from any HomeWorks keypad. This eliminates the tedious task of walking around the home to set the right lighting for daily activities or special occasions.
4.Improved Aesthetics: HomeWorks gives clients the power to enhance the beauty of their home and decor with a variety of customised room and whole-house lighting scenes. One button press can dim the lights for a romantic dinner while another button press lights the house for a festive party. Keypads provide a clean, elegant look on the wall by combining the functions of many standard switches and dimmers into a single control. Lutron combines a large selection of controls with an extensive array of colours and finishes. HomeWorks keypads are available with custom engraving. seeTouch keypads provide a unique backlighting feature whereby engraving is readable in the dark.
5.Energy Saving: The HomeWorks system makes it easier than ever to consume less. Using Lutron dimmers not only extends lamp life but can reduce your average lighting consumption by up to 40%. With built in green features such as scene Rollback and load trimming, your home can be programmed to intelligently manage its lighting by turning off unused circuits and trimming power used on other circuits during peak hours. Your home has different lighting needs during the day versus the night. With HomeWorks, we can make sure you have the perfect lighting at anytime without wasting energy on unneccessary lights.
6. Power - Failure Memory: All HomeWorks components are designed with 10-year power-failure memory. If power is interrupted temporarily and restored, lights will automatically return to the levels to which they were set prior to the power outage. | | Send Enquiry
